Parks Edge is a quiet family neighborhood located on the north side of town, across the street from Oakland Middle School and Albert-Oakland Park. With approximately 1570 square feet, this floorplan is ideal for the person who doesn't need a third bedroom and places a priority on spaciousness. The upper level consists of both bedrooms, one bath with his and her sinks, the kitchen and a large living room/dining room area connected to the kitchen. The master bedroom has direct access to the bathroom. The lower level houses a huge L-shaped living/family room with three oversized closets, the 2nd bathroom, utility room and the garage.
